Great location, stunning views from an executive room with a view.

What guests loved:

Great location. Executive room was well appointed with a fantastic view over Tower Bridge.

Areas for improvement:

No access to a fridge which I would expect for this price of room. Bathroom floor slippy and bathroom a bit tired looking.

Definitely recommend!

What guests loved:

Nice location, easy connection to main places, great helpful staff, good breakfast. I liked almost everything.

Areas for improvement:

Restrictions for kids attending spa facilities - sauna etc., but it might be local laws…

Location and nice Pool

What guests loved:

The location is perfect, metro is less than 1 min walk. We enjoyed the pool and our room had a nice view, clean and quiet. This hotel could use some soft pillows.

Areas for improvement:

The staff could be a little bit more friendly and accommodating.
